Once we learn about your project, we are able to use a variety of tools online to get a great view of your property and quote accordingly. Most of our customers get a quote within 10 minutes of contact. We value your time.

2. Set A Schedule Typically we can get out to your home within 2-3 business days but can also schedule weeks in advance. Once you agree on the service, we dispatch one of our screened and background checked employees for the time you specified. Expect us to always arrive on time and in a company marked vehicle. The technician will go over the services with you before they get started. Since most of our work is exterior, you don’t need to be present for the job if you have other arrangements.

3. Sit Back & Relax
This is the fun part! Just sit back, relax, and let our trained technicians make your home sparkle. We will clean the areas using top of the line equipment. When we are done, we do another walkaround to make sure we leave your home super clean, pick up all the debris, close gates…etc. You can also expect to receive pictures of the work while we are there. Hello, I recently had these guys power wash my 3-car driveway, sidewalk, 25’X30’ patio and the walkway from the driveway to the patio. They did a wonderful pressure washing job, actually more than expected as they also washed off my red brick wall as part of the process that had some moss growing on it in quite a few places. How do you price your exterior cleaning services?
Once we have your address and know what you’d like cleaned, we use a variety of tools like Google Earth to get a great visual of your home. Then we simply use a formula based on the square footage of the area, including any difficulties like height, trees, slopes, to determine the cost.
What do I need to do to prepare for your visit?
As long as we have access to the areas that need to be cleaned, we are good to go! If it’s the driveway, please move your cars to the street. If it’s a back patio, please remove the furniture prior to our arrival. If we are cleaning your siding, please make sure all your windows are closed. We do charge for labor if we need to help you move the furniture from areas needing cleaning.
